76ers' Kelly Oubre: Won't play vs. Washington

Oubre (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Wizards.

Oubre will miss his 15th consecutive game for Philadelphia on Wednesday due to a knee injury. The veteran forward's next chance to return to the floor will be Friday against the Hawks.
