Holiday is out of the starting lineup for Saturday's contest against the Cavaliers and isn't expected to play so he can have a rest day, Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Javonte Smart and George Hill will start in the backcourt after Holiday played 44 minutes and scored 40 points Friday against the Pelicans. He should return to the lineup Wednesday against the Rockets.
