The Bucks assigned Matthews (hamstring) to the G League's Wisconsin Herd on Monday, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
Matthews is set to miss a third straight game Monday due to right hamstring soreness, but he'll continue his rehab with the Herd in the meantime. His next chance to suit up will be Wednesday against the Bulls if he's recalled to the parent squad by then.
