Matthews (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Trail Blazers.
Matthews will be forced to miss a third consecutive game due to right hamstring soreness. However, the Bucks should get a boost on the wing since Pat Connaughton isn't listed on the injury report ahead of Monday's contest.
