White accumulated 14 points (5-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and two assists in 21 minutes during Sunday's 109-103 win over New York.
White established new season highs in points and minutes in what was his fourth appearance of the campaign following a late start while he recovered from offseason shoulder surgery. Outside of DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine, the Bulls received little on the offensive end, meaning White's productivity off the bench was essential. Depth isn't a strength for this new-look Chicago squad, so the coaching staff will be hoping White can bring this sort of energy more often than not moving forward.
