Craig (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Denver.
Craig hasn't played since Dec. 30 due to a right leg contusion and a right ankle sprain, but the Bulls are only listing him with the latter injury at the moment. Even if Craig is cleared to play in the Bulls' next game Wednesday at Boston, he likely won't be part of the rotation.
