Allen left Friday's matchup against the Bucks early due to a right hip injury, Chris Fedor of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Allen fell hard on his hip in the first quarter of Friday's contest before ultimately getting ruled out. The severity of his injury is unknown, but the Cavaliers next game is Sunday versus the Pistons. Kevin Love (thumb) and Robin Lopez would be the prime beneficiaries should he end up missing time.
