Cavaliers' Lauri Markkanen: Scores 20 against Raptors

Markkanen provided 20 points (9-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block in 22 minutes during Sunday's 144-99 win over the Raptors.

Markkanen was held to single figures in the scoring column in each of his last two appearances, but he was one of three players to score 20-plus points for the Cavaliers in Sunday's blowout win. The 24-year-old has now scored at least 10 points in seven of his 12 appearances since the start of December.
