Brown agreed Sunday with the Hawks on a 10-day hardship deal, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Brown had been with the Lakers on a two-way deal before he was waived Tuesday. He didn't take long to find a new team, joining a Hawks squad that currently has 10 players in the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols and an additional three sidelined with injuries. Atlanta is expected to have only 11 players available for its next game Monday against the Bulls, so Brown could have a real chance at receiving minutes off the bench right away for the Hawks.
