Clippers' Alan Anderson: Only three points in spot start Monday

Anderson started at small forward and managed just three points (1-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and an assist over 10 minutes in Monday's 96-94 preseason loss to the Jazz.

Coach Doc Rivers continues to evaluate his options for the starting small forward spot, but Anderson didn't really do much to seize the opportunity Monday. Anderson saw less playing time than his main competitors for that role, Luc Mbah a Moute and Wesley Johnson, although neither of those two provided anything resembling an encouraging performance. The position may be a black hole for fantasy purposes unless Rivers decides to end up rolling out smaller lineups that would include Raymond Felton or J.J. Redick at small forward.
