Morant is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Rockets due to right shoulder soreness.
Morant has been plagued with injuries this season, already missing 19 of Memphis' 47 outings. If the star guard is forced to sit out again Thursday, Scotty Pippen and Luke Kennard are candidates to receive increased playing time.
