Adams posted 17 points (6-9 FG, 5-5 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and two steals over 27 minutes in a 120-114 victory versus the Clippers on Saturday.

Adams flipped the script following an eight-point, 14-rebound performance in the Grizzlies' season-opener, grabbing a handful fewer boards but more than doubling his scoring output Saturday. The big man also worked as a key distributor, placing second on the team with five assists. Through two contests, Adams is posting solid per-game averages of 12.5 points, 11.5 boards, 4.0 dimes and 1.5 steals while shooting 62.5 percent from the field.
