Clemons signed a 10-day hardship contract with the Hawks on Tuesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
A big-time scorer at the college level, Clemons previously spent time with the Rockets in 2019-20, appearing in 33 games and averaging 4.9 points in 8.8 minutes per game. He'll provide some backcourt depth for the Hawks, who have been hit harder by COVI19 of late than virtually any other team in the league.
