Collins received an anti-inflammatory injection for his sprained right ring finger Thursday and is scheduled to undergo a non-surgical procedure to address his strained right foot within the next couple of days. His status will be updated in 10-to-14 days.

Collins received a second medical opinion Thursday that confirmed the sprained finger and strained foot, which includes a torn plantar fascia. The 23-year-old should still be considered out indefinitely with the Hawks expected to update his outlook in late March. There's a strong chance Collins is forced to miss the rest of the regular season, and he could also be out for a potential postseason run.
