Adebayo (illness) did not participate in Monday's practice, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
The good news is the illness is not COVID-related, but this is nonetheless a concerning development for fantasy managers as the Heat head into a Tuesday/Wednesday back-to-back set that features games at Detroit and Minnesota. Adebayo missed two games last week due to a bruised knee, but he returned to action for Miami's last two games against Washington. The big man finished Saturday's 103-100 loss with 15 points, six rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes.
