Silva and the Heat agreed Friday on a 10-day contract, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
Silva made just one appearance across five games with the Timberwolves during the duration of his 10-day contract. The 6-foot-8 big man now joins the Heat, whose frontcourt currently consists of Omer Yurtseven and Aric Holman.
