The Hornets assigned Thor to the G League's Greensboro Swarm on Wednesday.
Charlotte sent all three of the rookies on its 15-man roster -- Thor and first-round selections James Bouknight and Kai Jones -- to the G League ahead of the Swarm's game Friday against the Lakeland Magic. Thor has made just two appearances at the NBA level in 2021-22, logging two minutes in total.
