Batum (eye) started at shooting guard and provided six points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four assists and two rebounds across 23 minutes in Monday's 104-85 win over the Grizzlies.

It wasn't a sparkling performance for Batum, who returned from a one-game absence due to an eye abrasion, but with the Hornets cruising to a big lead by halftime, coach Steve Clifford didn't need as much production out of his starters. Assuming Tuesday's game against the Pistons proves more competitive, Batum should be back over the 30-minute mark as usual.
