Collier (hamstring) was assigned to the G League's Salt Lake City Stars on Friday.
Collier has been fully cleared to return from his hamstring injury, but he's heading to the G League to regain his conditioning. Collier's next chance to play with Utah comes Nov. 2 against the Hornets.
