Neto suffered a sprained left ankle and left Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers, Jody Genessy of the Deseret Times reports.
Neto twisted his ankle and several reports indicate the injury looked pretty bad, including Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune who said Neto is "definitely not coming back."
