Harper signed a two-way contract with the Knicks on Friday, Sam Amico of SI.com reports.
Harper was claimed off waivers from the Suns earlier in the week. He's appeared in just three career NBA games and won't get the chance to play in a fourth until next season, as the Knicks failed to qualify for the resumption of play in Orlando this season.
