Randle is listed as out for Tuesday's game against the Hawks due to a sore right quadriceps tendon, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.
Randle will be in street clothes for the first time since Jan. 2 while he tends to what appears to be a new quad issue, as he didn't appear on any of the Knicks' recent injury reports. Because Tuesday marks the front end of a back-to-back set for New York, Randle's absence against the Hawks may just be a rest day. Randle will eye a return to the lineup Wednesday in Charlotte, while Obi Toppin should get the chance to play heavy minutes Tuesday while likely making what would be his third start of the season.
