Coach Byron Scott is giving Bryant (shoulder) a 50/50 shot at playing in Thursday's game against the Cavaliers, Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Scott gave Bryant the same odds of playing in the Lakers' previous game Tuesday against the Magic, only for the veteran to sit out. It's tough to say if the situation will change for Bryant this time around now that he's had more rest, but if he does end up being held out, Jordan Clarkson, D'Angelo Russell and Nick Young could be tasked with shouldering the offensive burden in the backcourt.
