Lakers coach Darvin Ham said James (groin) will play in Saturday's game against the Spurs, Kyle Goon of The Orange County Register reports.
James has been upgraded from probable to available with Anthony Davis (calf) out. James is averaging 24.5 points, 8.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.3 steals in 35.5 minutes across 11 games this season.
