Gillespie racked up three points (1-1 FG, 1-2 FT) and four rebounds across 14 minutes during Thursday's 136-118 loss to Milwaukee.
Gillespie moved into the starting lineup Thursday but managed to do absolutely nothing with the opportunity. The Magic are very thin in the frontcourt right now but should receive some respite soon with both Mo Bamba and Robin Lopez inching towards a return. Until then, perhaps Gillespie can stick in the starting lineup but as we saw here, there is no reason to get too excited.
