Carter continues to deal with a right plantar fascia strain and will be unavailable for a fifth consecutive matchup. His next chance to return will be Wednesday against Atlanta. Mo Bamba (back) departed Sunday night's game and is considered questionable to play Monday, so Orlando could be left shorthanded up front.
