Harden amassed 12 points (4-15 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 13 rebounds, 14 assists, two blocks and one steal over 40 minutes during Saturday's 113-107 loss to the Suns.
Harden recorded his first triple-double since Nov. 10, when he went for 17 points, 11 boards and 11 dimes against the Magic, but his efforts were not enough to carry the Nets to victory against the hottest team in the NBA at the moment. Harden has seen a reduction in his scoring numbers this season and it seems as if the new rules are affecting his play. He remains an elite fantasy alternative due to his ability to stuff the stat sheet and capacity to break out offensively on any given night, but he's not having the same impact he's had in past seasons. His 20.3 points per game are his lowest mark since the 2011-12 season when he was still playing as a reserve for the Thunder.
