Dinwiddle scored 19 points (6-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT) while adding four assists, three rebounds and two steals in 26 minutes off the bench during Saturday's 107-106 win over the Bulls.
He got a measure of revenge on the team that waived him earlier in the season, hitting four free throws in the final 14 seconds to secure the victory. Dinwiddle has also recorded exactly two steals in five straight games while averaging 11.0 points, 3.3 assists, 2.8 boards, 1.6 steals and 1.1 three-pointers over his last eight games, potentially positioning himself for a larger role in 2017-18.
