Dinwiddie confirmed Monday that he's tested positive for COVID-19 and is uncertain whether he'll join the Nets in Orlando when the NBA season resumes in late July, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Dinwiddie will now go into a self-quarantine for 14 days and see how he feels before determining whether he'll participate in the resumed season. The guard noted that he's exhibited symptoms of the coronavirus, specifically mentioning a fever and tightness in his chest. With Kevin Durant (Achilles), Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and Nicolas Claxton (shoulder) all shut down for the season and Wilson Chandler (personal) and DeAndre Jordan (illness) choosing not to join the team in Orlando, the Nets -- who currently sit seventh in the Eastern Conference standings -- may have precious few experienced rotation options available if Dinwiddie also sits out.
