Nesmith is in the starting lineup against the Pistons on Thursday, Keith Langlois of the Pistons' official site reports.
After missing the past 35 games for Indiana, Nesmith will play under a minutes restriction Thursday and may see only a couple stints of action as the team eases him back into things. With Nesmith starting, Ben Sheppard will slide to the bench.
