Arms and the Pelicans agreed to a contract Tuesday.
Terms of the deal haven't been disclosed, but it's likely an Exhibit 10 deal in which Arms will compete for a roster spot in training camp. Arms appeared in 42 games last season with G League's Memphis Hustle, posting averages of 16.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
