Harper signed a two-way contract with the Pelicans on Tuesday.

Harper is averaging 20.9 points, 7.0 assists, 3.9 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 33.7 minutes across 20 appearances for the G League's Birmingham Squadron. The 24-year-old has made just 13 NBA appearances over the last three seasons.
