Valanciunas and the Pelicans won't face the 76ers on Sunday after the game was postponed due to depth concerns for Philadelphia, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Philadelphia currently has three players in the NBA's COVID-19 health and safety protocol and another seven players on the injury report, leaving the team with just seven healthy members on the roster. Since the NBA stipulates that teams must have eight players active for the contest, the league was forced to postpone the contest. Valanciunas and the Pelicans will return to action Tuesday against the Trail Blazers.
