Williams agreed to a two-way contract with the Pistons on Saturday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
After being cut by the Clippers earlier in the day, Williams quickly found work in Detroit, where he'll join forward Cole Swider and guard Daniss Jenkins as a two-way player. A third-year guard out of Wake Forest, Williams has previously made eight appearances at the NBA level over his first two seasons in the professional ranks.
