Chandler agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Raptors on Wednesday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Toronto will likely waive Chandler before the preseason comes to a close, but his Exhibit 10 deal will allow the Raptors to retain his G League rights. The 22-year-old guard was a second-round draft pick in 2022 and played 36 games for the Grizzlies that season, but he didn't make any appearances at the NBA level in 2023-24.
