Birch (knee) is listed as out for Wednesday's contest against the Bulls.
Birch hasn't played since Nov. 21 due to right knee inflammation. With Pascal Siakam and Precious Achiuwa both ruled out due to COVID-19 protocols, Birch's absence would likely force Chris Boucher into the starting center role. However, due to the current outbreak in Toronto, NBA writer Marc Stein reports that the game between the Bulls and Raptors may be postponed.
