Lowry (ankle), who is out Friday against the Thunder, is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Hornets, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.
Coach Nick Nurse noted that he expects Lowry back sometime next week, meaning it's unlikely the point guard will return Sunday. Fred VanVleet should continue starting until Lowry is back.
