Flynn will be out at least 10 days due to his left hamstring strain before being re-evaluated by the Raptors, Amy Audibert of Sportsnet reports.
Since Flynn is simply due for a re-evaluation rather than a guaranteed return after a week and a half of rest, his absence looks as though it will stretch into late March, if not the early part of April. The injury comes at a tough time for the second-year player, who had averaged 16.0 points, 5.5 assists, 4.0 rebounds, 2.8 three-pointers and 1.0 steals in 35.8 minutes per game while starting at point guard in his last four appearances in place of Fred VanVleet (knee). While both VanVleet and Flynn were sidelined for Sunday's 104-96 loss to the Cavaliers, forward Scottie Barnes served as Toronto's de facto point guard.
