The Raptors have downgraded Watanabe (calf) to doubtful for Sunday's game against the Warriors.
Watanabe had previously been listed as questionable, but he looks like he'll have to wait at least one more game before making his 2021-22 debut. The 27-year-old forward isn't expected to be included in head coach Nick Nurse's rotation when healthy.
