Spurs' Derrick White: Wednesday's game postponed

White and the Spurs will not play Wednesday, as the contest against the Heat has been postponed, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Due to protocols and injuries, Miami doesn't have the necessary eight active players. The Spurs next play Friday against the Grizzlies.
