Richardson (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup against the Thunder, independent NBA writer Matthew Tynan reports.
Richardson will miss a fourth straight game due to a right ankle sprain. The veteran forward's next chance to suit up will come Friday against the Pelicans.
