Spurs' LaMarcus Aldridge: Provides 21 points, nine boards Saturday

Aldridge submitted 21 points (9-18 FG, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one block across 34 minutes in a 104-96 loss to the Grizzlies on Saturday.

After going 9-of-24 from the field in a loss Wednesday to the Trail Blazers in his return from a two-game absence due to heart arrhythmia, Aldridge got his shooting back on track Saturday, but his efforts weren't enough to upend the Grizzlies. The fact that he's been given 30-plus minutes in the Spurs' last two games suggests that the team isn't concerned about Aldridge's medical issue presenting any problems, but he's still at risk of sitting for rest purposes Sunday against the lowly Kings as San Antonio wraps up a back-to-back set.
