Spurs' Tony Parker: Expected to miss rest of playoffs

Parker (leg) is expected to have season-ending surgery and miss the remainder of the playoffs, Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical reports.

While nothing is confirmed, as Parker is still undergoing an MRI on his left leg he injured in the fourth quarter of Game 2, the team is expecting the worst for their longtime starting point guard. San Antonio will likely have an official announcement following the conclusion of Parker's MRI, but with Parker's season likely done, Patty Mills would be in line to start at point guard and see a heavy dosage of minutes there for the remainder of the postseason, with rookie Dejounte Murray likely entering the rotation and serving as Mills' backup.
