Williams left Thursday's preseason game against the Hawks due to an apparent ankle injury, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Williams looked to be in serious pain after the drive and went straight to the locker room after a hard fall. The Thunder could very well rule him out for the rest of the contest with the regular season just around the corner, especially after losing Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) earlier this week.
