Nurkic (hand/arm) has exited Thursday's game and headed to the locker room, Jamie Hudson of NBC Sports Northwest reports.
Nurkic appeared to land awkwardly on his right hand or arm, and he immediately left Thursday's game against the Pacers during a timeout. The Blazers medical staff will evaluate him before making a decision about his potential return to Thursday's game.
