Gabriel played 31 minutes in Wisconsin's 111-108 win over Fort Wayne on Friday and totaled 19 points (7-11 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, four blocked shots and one steal.
Gabriel finished with a 7-for-11 line from the field for the second straight game, and he set a season high with the four blocks. The 6-foot-9 forward has swatted at least one shot in each of his four G League contests this season, and he is averaging a healthy 17.0 points, 7.5 boards, 1.5 steals and 2.2 blocks while shooting 56.5 percent from the field. Gabriel is looking to get back to the NBA level after logging 51 games between Portland, Sacramento and New Orleans over the previous two seasons.
