Johnson signed a 10-day contract with the Wizards on Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Johnson was waived by Chicago just two days ago, but he cleared waivers Tuesday afternoon and will meet the Wizards in Miami, where he'll be in uniform for Tuesday night's game. The Wizards are currently dealing with several COVID-related absences, including Montrezl Harrell, Rui Hachimura and Anthony Gill, so Johnson could factor into the rotation right away.
