Avdija (ankle) has resumed some light running and jumpshooting, freelance NBA reporter Quinton Mayo reports.
Avdija suffered a right fibular hairline fracture in April, cutting short his rookie year. However, he's made tangible progress since then. Avdija appeared in 54 games, averaging averaged 6.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists. It seems like he'll be ready for training camp, and he could see an increased role in 2021-22.
