Wizards' Jaime Echenique: Signs with Wizards

Echenique signed a 10-day contract with the Wizards on Thursday.

The Wizards are dealing with several absences in the frontcourt, so Echenique will provide additional depth for Washington. It wouldn't be surprising to see him available for Thursday's game against the Cavaliers.
