Dennis agreed to a two-way contract with the Wizards on Friday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
After going undrafted out of Baylor in June, Dennis connected with the Clippers for the Las Vegas Summer League and then signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the club prior to training camp. He failed to make the cut and was expected to begin his career in the G League with the San Diego Clippers, but Washington instead swooped in and offered the 6-foot-2 guard one of its three two-way spots. Dennis will be eligible to move between the NBA and the G League but is still likely to see the bulk of his minutes in 2024-25 with the Capital City Go-Go.
